At Esthée Jewelry you can choose between three fits, namely kids, women and men. When you choose the children's size, it is best to let us know how old your mini is in the description. This way we can take that into account when making the bracelets.

For women we use an average wrist of 17 to 18 cm. The bracelet is then approximately 14 cm in pearls.

For men we use an average wrist of 20 to 22 cm. The bracelet is then approximately 17 cm in pearls.

We try to send your order as soon as possible after we have received your payment. When an order is placed it takes 7 to 14 business days before you receive your order.

We only ship with a tracking code, orders are shipped by Bpost! Shipping costs €4,99 Alternatively, the order can be picked up in Nieuwpoort, this is free.

Bpost will bring your package to the shipping address you specified at the checkout. You will receive an email when your package is on its way. We can no longer change your address once it leaves our office.

If you choose to collect your order in Nieuwpoort, we will send you an email with the details of when you can collect your package.

You can choose your bracelet completely yourself (unless otherwise stated). Please note that the maximum number of beads for the bracelet is 15. It is possible to use letters from A to Z as well as numbers. The color of the rope and the detail pearls can be chosen according to your own wishes.

The bracelet consists of small detail pearls, letters and rope. We advise you not to shower with the jewelry. It is best to keep them away from water, perfumes, alcohol and other harmful products to prevent the pearls from fading. When exposed to any of the above products, the pearls will tarnish and become silver or black. Products such as cosmetics, hairspray, perfume, deodorant, body lotion, etc. can accelerate the oxidation process. Store your jewelry in a closed bag that is protected from air and store them in a dark place.

When ordering personalized jewelry, it is not possible to return it. Damage must be reported by email (estheejewelry@gmail.com) upon arrival of the item.

Each bracelet is wrapped in a fun & playful packaging. Our MINI facet bracelet is wrapped in an Esthée Jewelry box with a dried flower bouquet and a cute bow.
