Returning a personalized bracelet is not possible!

After payment, your orders can be shipped and you can receive them at your home within 5 to 10 working days. All orders are shipped with Bpost.  

When you collect your order, you will receive an email with the agreed collection times. 

The bracelet consists of small detail pearls, letters and rope. We recommend that you do not shower with the jewelry. It is best to keep them away from water, perfumes, alcohol and other harmful products to prevent the pearls from fading. When exposed to any of the above products, the pearls will tarnish and turn silver or black. Products such as cosmetics, hairspray, perfume, deodorant, body lotion, etc. can speed up the oxidation process. Store your jewelry in a sealed bag protected from air and in a dark area.
